Our 4 Step Process

4) Prepare for your Campus Helper(s)

Make sure that you have the tools ready before arrival. Please remember that we expect all renters and homeowners to provide the tools, we provide the hands.

Step 1

3 ways to request service:

  1. Click the underlined "Service Request" above.

  2. Go to our homepage and select “Booking”.

  3. Use the “Booking” button at the top of the page.

Please note:

- Once you submit your request, we will get back to you within 24 hours via email. 

Step 2

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your service request. This email informs you on if we accepted  or declined your request, provides you with pricing information, and availability.

Prepare for your Campus Helper

Once we have accepted your service request, and you decide to move forward, please submit a $50.00 down payment.

How do you submit your deposit?

- Click the "Submit deposit" button on the top right of the page.

Please note:

- Do not submit your deposit before we send a confirmation email accepting your request. 

The assigned Campus Hand will arrive at your home on the scheduled date and time to assist with your task(s). They will complete the work as requested, check in with you to ensure everything is satisfactory, and leave.

 

You will receive an invoice from Campus Hands via email. Your payment is required within 7 days.

Please note: We do not provide our own materials/tools, student rely solely on renters and homeowners for materials, we provide the hands.

How our Snow Removal Process Works

Step 1

Click the 2nd tab on the top of this page "booking", and fill out that form.

​Please note:

You can simply provide your name, address, email and check the "provide me with a free snow removal quote".

Step 2

Check Email For Quote

Campus Hands will send you an email within 24 hours of your "service request" submission. 

- Email contains snow removal quote  

- If you accept this quote we will send you a snow contract

Step 3

Snow Contract

When you recieve your snow contract, make sure to fill out the "snow event" section, make sure your address is correct, and send us a signed copy back. 

​Please note: 

- Students will provide Shovel 

- Students will shovel front walkways, sidewalks, driveway

- Students try to clear all snow within 2 hours of snowfall

- A "snow event" is the depth of snow you want us to dispatch at. 

Step 4

Payment

You will be billed 'per snow event' after the snow is cleared.

- There is no Down-payment / Retainer

- You will receive an invoice via email, you can pay there
